Yotam Ottolenghi at the Crunch table
Yotam Ottolenghi, does he need any introduction? This British Israeli chef and culinary superstar has been praised for is dishes starring veggies for years. That tahini, za’atar and pomegranate molasses you fashionably add to your salads, you know them because of him. Over the past years he sold millions of cookbooks worldwide, his most recent one - Simple - broke all Dutch sales records: 120,000 copies were sold in only four months. Ottolenghi was in Amsterdam for a workshop yesterday and yes, he is the star of the sixth episode of our Crunch podcast series! #proud
The sixth Crunch episode revolves around Ottolenghi’s international success and the brand he built. Ottolenghi spoke our unprecedented host Marcus Polman about his six restaurants and delis in London, his own catering company, his own Ottolenghi product line and own media channels. The common thread: the development of unique content which he distributes the consumer via a wide range of channels.
